Good service, good fast fry eats, always a treat summer or winter.
It was good food but very busy on a Saturday night. The road to the restaurant needs some fixing up.

Lots to say about this amazing fishing resort. First of all the owner and his family are wonderfully accommodating people. Very friendly staff and the place is hoppin' with genuine locals not afraid to show you the best fishing spots to make your experience the best it can be. If you arent bringing your own boat I'd recommend booking a tour with one of the locals Willy who's been fishing this lake for 20+ years. Also had a blast at the restaurant inside the Shorebird. A stag party came in and celebrated the night with a live band. It was great to see not one person being aggressive or out of hand. The food is very good. You can tell the chef cares about flavour, texture and portion size.All in all, came for a good time and caught the biggest fish of my life. Time to go fry it up!
